The thyristor control panel, built to a well proven design, supplies an impressed current to the anodes. It incorporates a number of displays which enable the status of the system to be easily monitored.
Adjustments can be made to finely balance the system to achieve the best spread of potentials across all of the anodes.
If an alarm condition occurs, the data appears as clear text which can easily be interpreted, whilst scrolling allows all the relevant information to be reviewed. There is also a command line with clear instructions.
The system can be controlled from a land based central control room. In addition, the data can be monitored remotely over a secure Internet connection from anywhere in the world. For further information about remote control and monitoring, click here.
